Each engagement with W&G is focused on driving the business value you expect from your technology investments.  During an engagement, our assembled team of consultants from the practices relevant to your needs (the "right people" at the "right time") plan and deliver the necessary services to help you meet your objectives.  W&G currently provides services from six practices areas, each defined by the following:

• We identify your value-driven goals as well as those in your industry or market, how to measure those goals, and track their achievement as milestones throughout the duration of the engagement.
• W&G maintains a record of major risks that commonly trip-up companies and prevent them from obtaining the business value they expect from technology project and initiatives.  We work with you to manage, mitigate, or eliminate those risks altogether.
• We will identify and address issues that may prevent you from obtaining the desired results from your investment.
• Each area of practice is comprised of a suite of deliverables and activities that document the processes and techniques used, support the results achieved and associated recommendations, facilitate the implementation of project results, and ensure a smooth transition to your IT organization and the end of the engagement.
